- low pay - 0 growth - they do not care about the employees - no perks, you won’t feel motivated to work here

Flexibility, Highly professional work environment, Sense of importance.

Cons

Nothing apart from the fact that you need an H1-B visa as an international student as Mindex doesn't have an international footprint.

Great people with a good work life balance

Cons

Implemented "Unlimited" PTO where you are required to justify you're time off if they consider it too much. Too much is subjective. This is a concerning change in the more laid back culture of the company.
