Unfortunately, my experience at this company overall was not good.
Cons
I was hired in October and then got laid off due to budget cuts a week before Christmas with no notice. I had moved to a new city specifically for this job. This company does not care about their employees at all.
Make and control your own schedule, control how many new referrals to take, constant stream of new clients at any time, cool EHR
Cons
extremely low compensation, tiered pay (the more hours you bill the higher your pay is), support is sparse unless you advocate for it, individual supervision not really offered, pay structure for supervisors is not worth it, it's hard to get a client off your caseload to refer to someone else.
