Good Place to work for Storage and Embedded Domain
Pros
Having good projects on Storage Domain but limited to a particular Storage Enterprise Giant. For freshers, the package is far better than any other Service Based Companies like Wipro, TCS, HCL, etc. It a good place to start a career as Fresher, will be getting quick exposure to directly interacting with clients and works, specially in Storage domain. They are having smart city projects with Govt. of Inida, collaboration with IIT Kanpur. Also smart metering with BESCOM.
Cons
Being a Service Based Company, it should look for many other clients and try to hold them. The usual things in IT. Hike is very less. Seen the company investing more for recruiting many top management personnel's with very high package with cutting off the talented engineers and other employees hike. They should consider this.
