      Pros

      1. Flexible timings 2. No Dress-code policy 3. No Variables 4. Convenient location 5. Since a small company, you'll get a lot of exposure towards your work 6. Few renowned clients like NetApp, HP, etc

      Cons

      1. Client list is very few 2. No long-lasting clients 3. They don't even try to retain clients; once work is over just pack-up everything.. no need to talk for expanding the contract/sales

      Pros

      Good learnings, good work culture and great opportunities. A very healthy environment to learn, can develop the technical knowledge to a very good extent.

      Cons

      Little bit of politics from the management, favorism should be stopped by management. The hr policies should be modified , talent should be recognized in the company.
