      1. Client List is excellent 2. Enough chance to learn new technologies of your own. 3. Compensation comparing to other companies in market is excellent 4. Stepping to new organization structure to be a "Preferred Employer "

      1. No senior management talent 2. No long relationship with customer as well as with employee 3. So much hidings to the employees 4. Upper level employees are greedy 5. No extra hour payment to employee 6. Worst HR and Admin service I've ever seen in a IT company

      Pros

      Some of the clients they have are great to work with. Many of the individual contributors are nice, smart people.

      Cons

      Mindteck claims to be a consulting company, but is little more than a body shop. No pay for overtime hours, yet the client is still billed. That would be fine if they actually had a paid bench for anyone but the golden childs. Poor communication & pure greed is at the core of this company.
