We understand that this can be a challenge at times, especially for employees who are new to the company. No relocation package available. Avoid at all cost.

Pros

No pros. Just a regular recruitment agency with less benefits.

Cons

They will lowball the life out of you. No relocation package which should be a standard when hiring from outside the intended country of work. They only care about the money and not much about your well being.
