      Work life balance is the the only one in pros

      All, not good salary, no appreciation, no internal training, even if you learn other subjects like AI, IOT etc. and try to move there, you will not be allowed and you will be marked. One of my colleagues in formed that he got a client appreciation but the TL did not inform him about the appreciation mail. The QA manager behaviour to her subordinates are not professional at all
