Pros

You can work with your pace. They wont be on your head. That is good.

Cons

Salary is very less compared to other and hike wont be more than 5% even that is yearly.

I have joined the company as a fresher. 1. They have a decent salary just above the range with the same type of companies. 2. Mid-level employees are friendly. 3. Interiors are good. You will get your own desk. Space is there for lunch. 4. Some work is there on trending technologies but limited. 5. Office staff and admin were nice.

Cons

1. NO SALARY INCREMENT even if you work with dedication and passion. 2. NO work-life balance. 3. Managers are polite but a project lead was worse in his manner. He shouted on everyone. 4. NO CAREER growth. 5. I have been given only documentation work for a year. 6. Very bad appraisals with office politics.
