Robust stability through current recession. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Salaries could be better. Benefits are pretty rough. The worst part is the fact that they just won't spend money. It's nearly impossible to launch products or have ideas received because they won't spend money nor take any risk. Everything has to be low hanging fruit or they are not interested. All decisions are made at the highest levels while highly educated and qualified subject matter experts are not consulted.
