1. The ideas which MTX is currently working on are very novel and interesting. You will not get bored. 2. There are no gimmicks of bonds and stock engagement which will bump up your take-home salary 3. CEO is very interactive and is available all the time 4. Positive criticism is prevalent.

Cons

Both US and India based so sometimes you may need to attend meetings out of your different time zone.
