You stay Stay busy nice coworkers woman who started the company, Jill is very nice. Busy, busy location.

Cons

They started you at hourly, then switched to commission, where we made great money. Then they added "hygien" 5% out of commission. Then put us back to hourly. Their training crew think they're all that.

You meet a lot of interesting people. You get to watch a growing business make mistakes and then you also get to celebrate their successes. Peers are supportive and understanding. If you have a desire for growth there are people in the company who are willing to be mentors.

Cons

Quick turnover rate in managers. Some members of management and the corporate office can be cliquey and if you don't play by their rules you might be kept from growth opportunities.
