Hours are there if you want them but that's because people are always getting fired or quitting and the Manager always Mia

Cons

Pay your over worked and under paid don't really get to take a break and lack of communication and support no job security

Flexible job, good hours and any hard work that you put it does not go unnoticed. Definitely a good job for the type of industry that it is in.

Cons

Never had any problems on the behalf of the company, only with tricky clients and lazy coworkers. However, not all are lazy just one or two are bad in the bunch.

Flexible schedule Amazing Co workers I love my clients More than accommodating, especially if Steph is your boss. Raises have been GREAT

Cons

The only Cons I have is sometimes other coworkers bad energy can bring the team down. I've worked for Miniluxe for over a year and as long as you're doing what you're supposed to be doing, its a great place to work. 2nd con would be, I feel like they hire upper management outside of rather than within and I know some of us would LOVE to move up in the company.
