Fast paced, which is very good but you have to be up to the challenge. I don’t think this is a con.

Pros

You get the chance to learn a lot about the beauty industry. After being with Miniluxe for a few months, I was inspired to enroll in beauty school and become an esthetician. Everyone in the office is very supportive and encouraging and I know when I’m finished I have a job waiting for me! It’s a win-win!

Cons

I don’t think I’ll ever get used to having to work weekends.
