Pros

Free services, literally that IS IT! Yet if you are a waxer or nail tech you barely have the time schedule anything because of how your manager schedules you to work. Also if you walk in and a customer comes in after you they will make you wait when you did walk in first, that's not fair at all.

Cons

Everything else, Management communicates when they want to, they don't care to help you grow within the company they just want you to do the job and half their job and not pay you for doing manager duties. You literally open/close a store by yourself, count money, process deposits, count inventory, manage other employees, oversee the store and get paid only 13 dollars, free services is not worth being taken advantage of. NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU WORK THEY WILL NOT PROMOTE YOU UNLESS THEY LIKE YOU. MANAGERS DON'T APPRECIATE THEIR EMPLOYEES OR THANK THEM FOR THEIR HARD WORK!

In my opinion, Miniluxe have been changing the nail industry. They offer affordable health, dental, and vision benefits.

Cons

I just wish that we didn't have to wear all black footwear.

Pros

Progressive growth and open management. I've been with the company for over five years and I can comfortably say that when you need days off, they are more then willing to help. If you have family issues or a birthday coming up they are both a shoulder to lean on and a friend to celebrate with. They are a company that loves a strong hard working and professional team. Not only is there growth for your future life but always benefits and bonuses and so much more!

Cons

I believe the only cons is uniform at the moment. But that is also being worked on and management is always updating us.
