Management in this place is basically where the evil high school cheerleaders go to work once they're all grown up. No one cares about you as an employee, you are a minion, a worker bee. They pay you well, treat you like crap. High employee turn over rate. You have to suck up to get treated decently. This place is pretends to be high-end but is a glorified sweat shop. No HR department. Unprofessional.

Pros

The interview process was intense and thorough. This made me excited to be part of the company. However, I was completely disappointed. The entire process of sanitizing/cleaning implements is incredible. Every nail/wax salon should be doing this thorough.

Cons

The company was unorganized, policy and procedures were influx and the pay did not match the General Manager position and work load. Employees were rude, disrespectful and didn't care if they left aggressive product on clients.

A great place to work! Managers are wonderful and it's very easy work!

Cons

Clients are extremely rude sometimes. Also you do a lot of management work that just doesn't match with the pay rate.
