Pros

Seeing improvements with the kids, having (few) supportive staff. The kids are the only reason I stayed as long as I did.

Cons

When you are assaulted (maybe too hard of a word choice?) by a behavioral child there is not a lot of support for the follow up by leads. Exhausting job. I came home from my first two weeks and didn't move from the couch, and I'm in decent physical shape.
