Pros

the kids are great, and most of the BTs are doing their best and want to help the kids thrive, you can learn a lot about ABA if you are lucky enough to find a solid team.

Cons

No raises, even after years and multiple positive performance reviews. The insurance they offer is sketchy. Executive leadership team does not value BTs or take them seriously. Questionable clinical practices as far as keeping kids in full time ABA even when they would benefit more from actual school or a different program.

Pros

Great clinical staff. Clinical staff are still there for the kids and it really shows. There are people here who are there to help but the company is going to lose them if they continue to go the route they are.

Cons

They cut down on healthcare for BTs. I was also bullied and "manipulated" by "senior" staff who are supposed to guide you but how can they guide you if they've been guided by all the wrong people? Years and years of Problems swept under the rug at this company and then it becomes the next person's issue. I was not ready to take on all of that. A year after quitting and I am still dealing with the PTSD and anxiety, the hurt and anger I have for this place.

Pros

The children keep a special place in your heart after working there. The pay is decent compared to similar places.

Cons

A lot of the staff did not care about their job. They wouldn't program much with the children and then I felt like the work I was doing with them wasn't helping.
