For one, I would trust this company with my own kid if they ever needed therapy, which speaks volumes of the caliber of treatment. Second, work/life balance and compensation are excellent. I won’t be leaving anytime soon, if ever.

Pros

I adore this job, and I love working with the kids, even though they can be rowdy at times I understand where they’re coming from, and usually after a few weeks of working with them they are far easier to work with, and I feel a sense of pride knowing that our hard work together has paid off. Nothing in the world can compare to that sense of accomplishment, especially when their parents express their gratitude to me.

Cons

The best way to put it as that this job isn’t suitable for everyone. It’s hard, it’s unpredictable, and sometimes it’s downright exhausting. But like I said before, it’s so rewarding.
