Pros

I never once needed support or assistance and didn’t receive it. Even though we all had our own clients there was a strong sense of camaraderie and team spirit throughout the organization. Every single day I left feeling like I’d really made a difference in my clients’ lives.

Cons

When I started having my own kids I realized that the emotional demands of this kind of work was draining my ability to show up for my own family at 100% capacity and I felt they deserved that from me.

Pros

Cleaning standards, decent pay, some good clients

Cons

Better safety for staff, better incentives for staff considering the job is dangerous.
