Not a terrible job.

Pros

Pays well. Especially for the area. Profit sharing varies, but is never small. Most management members are helpful, and willing to talk you through everything you learn there.

Cons

Inconsistent treatment from management at times. Depends on who you are, and who you know.

Pros

Pay and benefits are decent, lots of opportunities for going outside. Small company feel in a good industry. Not a lot of people in the plant at any one time for the amount of space, good for social distancing.

Cons

The weather can be challenging at times. The plant comes first, this can affect your personal life, very little compensation for this major inconvenience! Hazardous chemicals. Super intense “ NO CELL PHONES OUTSIDE OF VEHICLES” and RANDOM DRUG TESTS that managers go out of their way to create a hostile work environment like your being abducted, it’s creepy!
