Pros

Overall it was a good experience at Mirabel. you will get a chance to explore new technologies. a) Managers are very cooperative and friendly and can able to help you both personally and professionally. b)Job Security. c)Good Work culture. d)Hike and compensation are good when compared to other companies. e)Lot of opportunities to learn and grow here.

Cons

Not much to say as of now.

Pros

You need to understand that the opportunities you are given are good for learning and giving a personal commitment of fulfilling is a delight. Couple of pointers I would like to share -> Skills improvement scope -> Multiple Projects to work if you are up-to it -> Good pay as per market -> Good Work life balance (If you are the noon-guy as general timings are from noon) -> Flexible working hours -> Awesome leaves policy (I say the best)

Cons

Now lets talk about something which can make this a even better place -> People are kind of closed group guys unless they allow you are kind of left (Its not about the work though) -> No Perks or Appreciation Awards -> No Cab Facility (Only Female staff are allowed and not sponsored)
