Pros

Opportunity for upward advancement & pay raises. Flexibility when it comes to PTO & sick days. Management is very understanding and willing to work with you when ~life~ happens. Very collaborative work environment.

Cons

Because our company is growing and developing so quickly, it can be hard to keep up. So growing pains.
