Benefits almost immediately available, flexible holidays, friendly staff and residents.
Cons
Healthcare with limited in-network providers, expectation of a month+ notice when quitting, micromanagement, lack of communication between departments.
Benefits and PTO are very generous. 30 min break every shift. Daily stand-up. Employee cafeteria is a nice perk. Building isn't completely full. 8 hour shifts
Cons
New building, culture still forming, hard to retain student workers
Pay for parking. A certain chef in the upstairs restaurant is very annoying to work with and assigns menial tasks that just make the worker tired just to make it look like they are working when they have cleaned all the dishes.
