First company I've worked for that seems to really value the importance of their employees. Clear expectations of the work that needs to be done. Inclusive environment - My opinions matter to my supervisor and co-workers

Cons

I don't think the company does enough to promote it's culture. Hoping that they invest in some advancements in technology to help support certain aspects of the business.
