Sometimes lunch is brought in such as pizza or subs. They offer health, dental and vision benefits.

Cons

There is much room to grow once you're hired in as the position you applied for. I was lucky enough to offer help at the front reception desk. I was able to perform more tasks within the company, but was never compensated for it. Mirabito did not increase their pay after the inflation took place. When given a raise it was as high as .35 per year and with starting at low wages that was really difficult to live on.
