      Pros

      Customers become like family. They put a lot of trust in you and forming relationships with them is the best part of the job!

      Cons

      MANAGEMENT!!! Micro management owners that force unrealistic expectations for little pay, no benefits and no respect! You basically become a personal assistant to narcissists that think they own a major corporation when in actuality they are a franchise owner that went to some classes and got a license!

      You get to share the "gift of sound." You can choose your salary/commission plan from 3 options. They offer health, dental, 401k Match, Sick Time and Vacation Time.

      Cons

      There is no room to "move up the ladder." Their base salary plan is well below industry standard. The only way to increase pay is to increase your own sales or switch companies.
