      Great co-workers, terrible management

      Pros

      Young and fun co-workers. Corporate head office management is very young but capable.

      Cons

      Upper management is always secretive and has a habit of making rapid, unnecessary changes that affects employees and the way their work. Big decisions are never announced early, leaving staff unable to make necessary prep/planning ahead of time.

      Pros

      The schedule was somewhat flexible. I worked in sales at a JC Penny store.

      Cons

      Local management that only cared about how well they did and were not helpful. Sales people should not be fitting and selling hearing aids in my opinion. Other salesmen should not manage the district. Their main goal is to increase their bottom line, not to help you reach yours.
