Pros

Helping people hear better and improving their lives.

Cons

Overpriced product, sleazy sales, gimmick borderline false advertising just to get people in the door. You’re constantly doing hearing tests for people without the means to buy actual product. Doesn’t operate like a health clinic, more like a sleazy used car dealership. Everything is a bait and switch and literally the only thing they care about is sales. Oh and on top of that the pay is BY FAR the lowest in the industry.

Pros

The patients, occasional bonuses when consultants make the minimum budget per month. You might get along extremely well with the consultant.

Cons

Upper management is quite money-driven and not patient driven. They expect more than what they pay you for. Management can at times come across unprofessional and too hard on the consultants who make them all the money. The product is incredibly expensive for the population we serve, and the operational system for employees is unclear and consistently changing. Training is minimal and mostly lecture-based. If you don’t get along with your consultant, you and them are the only two in the office all day every day with no additional on site help. And sometimes even emails with directions on how to solve an issue give you a non-answer. It can be very stressful and confusing.
