      Pros

      Though Miracle Ear doesn't manufacture their own products, relying on private label/rebranded hearing aids, they have some of the best options for treating hearing loss. Good work/life balance and pay.

      Cons

      Leadership/management is unorganized with constant communication breakdowns and morally questionable techniques. Nothing can get done locally. Everything has to go through corporate so repairs/improvements take much longer than needed.
