      Pros

      The patients are great people. I received lots of support from the admin team and leadership. Received a lot of training, and if you perform well you make great money. There were opportunities for profit sharing and/or 401k.

      Cons

      Commissions are not capped but it can be difficult to surpass $150k consistently. When I was there, health insurance plans were low-average coverage and structured as high deductible to lower the monthly cost, but they were still quite expensive.
