      Pros

      -Flexible hours -Uncapped commission and potential to make a lot of money -A lot of training and tools to set you up for success

      Cons

      -Not real structure -No direct supervision -You work for a small company so you don't get the benefits (i.e., a 401K) like larger companies -Limited growth potential -Cliental can be very difficult

      Pros

      Working in this industry with the Miracle-Ear name behind you. Working with the patients. Being able to get up and go to a job I love. Working for a franchise that goes above and beyond to make sure we are fully prepared for every aspect of our position.

      Cons

      occasional long hours. Miracle Ear is higher priced than most in the industry. Some franchises are straight commission pay. The overall position can be stressful but extremely rewarding.
