      Pros

      This is a family owned franchise, the management is very understanding and wants you to succeed. For the most part, you are in an office with one other person- this company works better for people who are independent and do not need someone breathing down their back.

      Cons

      The pay is not that great, but tons of bonus/commission opportunities. You can make a lot but you will have to work for it.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working with the clients. It was in a very convenient location and my boss was very nice although at times he could be very, very stubborn. But a pleasure to have been associated with him. Also, enjoyed the benefits and monthly bonuses.

      Cons

      Once that the business became a franchise, it would not have any benefits and the hourly rate would be cut back drastically. Such a shame. Also, telemarketing was not the real way to attract a potential client.

      Pros

      Easy training for the position I held. Telemarketing/ cold call sales is all that it is. My ability to catch on was a sinch.

      Cons

      The front desk position was not challenging enough. There was nothing taught to you about the hearing aid process.
