Low pay, Management is money driven and not effective. Always requesting accountability from teams members but not accountable themselves. Always adding new SOP's but usually complicate things further adding a stop gap instead of focusing on the driving issues. No advancement opportunities.

Pay wasnt great Management was terrible. I was unknowingly training to be someone's replacement..not help Owner sold company and didn't tell employees
