      Relaxed setting in some stores

      Was harassed and embarrassed by customers by one of my higher ups when they worked in the office that day. It felt like we were walking on eggshells. The PCC position requires a lot of the employees: from cleaning everything to taking care of filing and customer service. Felt like nothing was ever good enough.
