Pros
The biggest pro is that Miracle-Ear gives you all the tools you need to succeed in the business. They have their own way of doing things, and they invest in their employees. This was my first sales position out of college and I’m very grateful for it. It’s basically like running your own business.
Cons
1. It’s 100% commission which can be great, and also not so great. 2. The hearing aids are wildly overpriced for the market. 3. Marketing strategies are dates. 4. Lack of room for growth.
