Health Services was the worst place that I worked for and the nepotism was very prevalent. They have a organization structure on paper so technically you have a boss or manager is but in reality you have no Idea who your boss is because what your told is that everyone is the same unless their an owner. That created a ton of problems because the owners did not 1. stay in their lanes. 2. agree on what they wanted. 3. or take accountability. That created a problems for employees because you would be told to do something by the head owner, told to stop by another owner, then get in trouble by the head owner because you were told to stop. plus you were expected to take full responsibility because of some else's ignorance. There was many accounts of verbal and emotional abuse. The execs would act like they knew everything about your job and once you gave recommendations they disregarded them because they knew more than you. it was an uphill battle everyday and it was fought in vain.
