Great place to learn new enterprise integration, analytical technologies. Factory of new ideas products and innovation

Strict command and control from top to bottom. Lacks inspect and adapt at the top and strong family business runs sheerly in profit and no loss. Eliminate and strong pink slips with zero notice period to employees. Strict one person run a business and treats employees with disdain during notice period and management do not have culture of respect towards employees and respect the notice period after resignation. They threaten the employees and blackmail them. Sue the employees on pretext and provide poor feedback against who left them. Culture of slavery. CEO talks to employees in utmost abusive language
