      It's a trap

      Pros

      Easy way to get paid, learn at your own pace.

      Cons

      No guidance, no official training that I have seen. This black box called management exists, but I have heard nothing of my employment reviews or status of client side projects. There is little to no work to actually be done. Off shore teams are friendly at first, but it seems that work is fought over rather than completed.

      They will provide Training with Soft copy material, medium level infrastructure , it s good Place to learn IBM middle ware tools under High Pressure , CEO will walk around cubes like Head master in Preliminary school , After some time you will get good Opportunities in out side of Miracle ,

      Cons

      No health Insurance , No dental insurance , work Location is full of Tension , Not employee friendly , very poor employee -employer relations , working in HQ is almost like Jail , CEO wont leave you while going to Rest rooms , He will start his Quiz contest with out proper reason , too much Power in single hands ,
