      Pros

      good company to start up. CEO and his wife are too good.

      Cons

      HR is the worst. Eating money, with the new recruits, and building up their bank balances. Management considers them and will not listen anything against them. HR should be changed, and the non HR guy should be shown the exit doors. No process driven, the execution level needs to be strengthen.

      If you are a freshmen, great place to start your career as you will have enough time to learn and prove yourself. Multitude of opportunities in IBM Integration Space. Hard-work is always acknowledged.

      Cons

      Rigid Management and doesn't honor any suggestions for improvements Salary negotiations are time taking and Benefits are not that great.
