Great Pay Flexible time at office No Micromanagement Possibility for travel

Horrible healthcare benefits, it is confusing, because it is an HMO in the DMV and PPO outside. It is very basic Vacation is accrued as if you were a federal employee with no experience so you don't earn much. I didn't know who I was actually work for/with reach back from government to company very political no travel expense/reimbursement when you need help you get bounced around with emails no support system
