      Pros

      - Competitive salary, generous commission structure, attainable goals - Collaborating with a team of smart people - A great vacation plan - Working in an exciting industry (with the best offering on the market) - Senior leadership trusts employees to take risks - There are free croissants and muffins 2-3 times a week

      Cons

      There is no 401k plan (but there will be soon)

      Pros

      The growth, the energy, and the ambition for the company make it a really fun place to work at; I particularly enjoy the confidence and faith executives have about the future of the company.

      Cons

      Some processes still have to be worked out (Health insurance), but coming in at this time gives me the chance of influencing them, which is nice. The only other issue - which can also be seen as an advantage - is the variety and mass of things to deal with; it sometimes feel as if one can't focus on long-term analyses and must rush from short-term problem to short-term problem.

      Mirakl has a a very innovative technology that brings real value to its customers. Mirakl helps companies across various industries which makes his target market very interesting. Mirakl's team is composed of many nationalities that get along very well. Start up atmosphere, even if the company has already a proven global success.
