Pros

Great teamwork and collaboration. Professional colleagues. Clean buildings/work environment. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Work/Life balance seems to be shifting and not in a good direction. Lots of uncertainty as a managed service provider was brought in resulting in many people being blindsided by lay-offs. Overall morale and culture moving in the wrong direction since layoffs began.

Very decentralized organization (each site operates operates under their own rules and leadership), leadership does not respond to feedback, very high turnover, minimal organization and standard procedures
