Poor management leads to customers canceling their orders

Work hours are about the only thing good. The CEO is great

Poor leadership,favortism, the blame game, the supervisors in two departments blame someone else for the mistakes, supervisors come out if their meetings and discuss with other employees what their meetings are about, assembly supervisor doesn't know his job and does things his way and the packing and shipping can't get their badges on time to ship them out when they need to, supervisors talk about other supervisors and the employees, it's a joke around their since they fired the one person who knew everything I'm the plant. They wrote their own SOP's for assembly and deleted all of his files while he was on vacation, that he was approved for. The work atmosphere is bad. Everyone is walking on eggshells because they get took to HR over anything.
