Tea, coffee and parking is it really at Farnborough.

Cons

Toxic culture where Directors have scared people and do not give any explanation.

Pros

-Some Good Middle Management -Flexible Corporate Schedule

Cons

-Executive Leadership decision-making. EBITDA and cash flow are all that matter. Immediate search for divestiture at the first signs of downturn, elimination of entire teams to outsource overseas in cash-saving efforts at the drop of a hat. Strategy/M&A leadership is also to blame. -Career advancement -Compensation is below market value for most positions
