I work in a small team that implements new tools for test automation. I like friendly and open-minded people in my team and company, there are a lot of curious engineers who want to contribute to our product and make it even better. Miro also provided an amazing relocation for me and my family, a pension plan, etc. During the pandemic, we all work online, but I feel that I am a part of the community.

Cons

The company grows fast, so there are a lot of focuses that you need to maintain at the same time.

Open, transparent, learning culture. The most welcoming team I've ever experienced. Love the global collaboration. Love that we sip our own champagne and use Miro in everything we do. Enjoyable and interesting work. I look forward with optimism for future growth and opportunities.
