I’ve been with a company for more than two years and while everyone in the tech industry is feeling the macro problems, I’m positive about the future at Miro. The leadership team is improving on providing context & transparency around our future challenges each half year.

Cons

Miro is no longer a smaller startup, but also not a large company, and it feels we yet to find the balance to get things done for the size of our org, and to have adequate enablement so that everyone in the company can row in the same boat towards a shared goal.

- Autonomy - Great people in the organisation - Meaningful and impactful work - Solving really interesting problems

Cons

- Scaled really fast, a lot of processes that are being unbuilt and rebuilt for scale - Constantly evolving business (also a pro)
