Pros

loved the people I was working with, same goes for the product. Folks could work hybrid or sometimes even remote-first. Seems like they're not going to change this outlook, at least until I left.

Cons

You have to go out and 'get' info from the business, not always wait until everything has been hashed out for you. Felt a bit like more of a startup still, not for everyone I guess.

product, calibre of talent, speed, ownership, collaborative culture, runway ahead i.e. product which is top relevant for the future of work and future of creating innovation in distributed teams)

Cons

still suffers some scale up pains, miscommunication between teams, chaotic at times
