      Pros

      I have been at miro for a few years now and I find it to be a supportive and transparent place to work. I have had countless learning and growth opportunities and I can say I truly feel at home here and have full intention to continue my journey.

      Cons

      different wfh/remote policy for different teams- should align across whole business but it is very flexible and can work from different locations so its ok

      1. Too much information due to the product nature, but on the other hand you always have something new to learn.
