Pros
- Interesting product challenges to work on. - A fun place to work at with people who are friendly and helpful. - Very good work life balance. - Employer seems to actually care for employees. - Work from home allowance. - Allowance for health insurance. - Good stock options. - Management is quite transparent about things (straight answer instead of trying to be diplomatically correct).
Cons
- Stock options are there but with the NL tax implications in place, the base salary needs to be imrpoved so employee can actually exercise them, otherwise what's the point if you cant even exercise them. - Hyper-growth at organisation level means, works gets a bit disorganised e.g. different teams workign on to solve same problem in different ways.
