Pros

I work in a small team that implements new tools for test automation. I like friendly and open-minded people in my team and company, there are a lot of curious engineers who want to contribute to our product and make it even better. Miro also provided an amazing relocation for me and my family, a pension plan, etc. During the pandemic, we all work online, but I feel that I am a part of the community.

Cons

The company grows fast, so there are a lot of focuses that you need to maintain at the same time.

The company takes great care of the employees, allowing them enough flexibility to be themselves and at the same time providing enough guidelines not to lose track of things. The overall atmosphere is welcoming, the values are well-defined, the benefits are rather generous, all of which results in the people who work at Miro wanting to do a good job for the sake of the product, the customers, and the team.

There are some positions in which the employees might have enough opportunities for growth within the company, so they have to look elsewhere.
